What are people using for antivirus with Domino 64-bit running on Windows 2003 64-bit?

Symantec, McAfee and Trend Micro state they support only support Domino 32-bit on Windows 2003 64-bit.

There aren't any clear answers when I searched the forum archive.

We have antivirus on our spam appliance at the email gateway, but we are concerned with users who use iNotes and the possibility of uploading infected attachments.
